  1. If we fail on service, you pay £0 in exit fees.
  2. Our quote is so simple to understand, you will be able to easily forecast your monthly spend during busy or seasonal periods.
  3. We charge by the cubic metre, not the TYPE of storage. This means that you know your products are being stored efficiently, and you’re never over spending on storage space.
  4. Our invoices are payable from the invoice date. If we take our time getting your invoice to you, you get extra time to pay.
  5. We will do everything we can to action last minute updates or changes. Being an independent, family-run business (with founders living 7 minutes away from the warehouse) makes this level of agility possible!
